Well can't keep up with the negative anymore; So I'm going to go easy for a while and try and live on the otherside of my thoughts.
I'm thinking that this war with Iraq will take 6 months at least and then and then we will never leave there we will always have a occuping force so when the evil-doers attack us over here we will be able to launch an attack back at them from over there... and we will protecting ourselves from extremists for a long time mybe 20 25 50 100 years; who knows. meanwhile maybe we can keep our constitution in tact enough to resemble america as it was just 30 years ago. I think there should be an initive for peopll to choose to be able to move out of drug/crime ridden areas to "clean" areas if they want. Till the drugs/crime burn themselves out. It would be ugly for a while but if we really want to get rid of bad drugs and crimes I dont know... The real fight at home should be to save our schools. It was getting bad when I graduated in 1990. Now its just ridiculous
and no money; very bad combo and viscious/cycle...
Also right now the answer is incarceration; did you know the borders would not even be sealed or closed even if we go to "red alert". The cities and interstates would shut down but not the borders; also poppies/heroin from afganistan has gone back up to 1992 levels of over 200 tons exported since we've been there. When it was under Taliban control the level was down to below 100 tons exported. By the way if we know how much is being exported isn't it just logical to think that we should be able to stop more of it... but ther I go again.. bad rob bad rob.... I'll try and take the next wo weeks and tidy up my blogs and link to all the rueters stories I reference and also reference the stories I have already linked to.

Knowledge will forever govern ignorance, and a people who mean to be their own governors, must arm themselves with the power knowledge gives. A popular government without popular information or the means of acquiring it, is but a prologue to a farce or a tragedy or perhaps both. -- James Madison

Well Today More of the same finallly got the old Liberty going. Had to disable the secondary IDE controller; To allow the resources to be used by the modem. If I wanted to use the 2nd IDE AND the modem I don't know what I would have done because the resources cannot be changed in the hardware profile maybe change the bios to allow sharing of IDE resources I believe I saw that option; but I would have figured it out I guess....

Well lets see; Just sent Tracy a copy of her new proposal
Internet woes again tonight... slooooww sometimes cannot even find a known page. living in the country is great but the phone lines suck.
Cut and primed all the Trim for the bathroom today. Also moved 1 of the five red tips away from the brick patio to open up the space. ended up cutting throught the power supply line for the patio flood and fountain. No problem we'll just put a plug in the middle of the redtips to fix the line...
I will add picture links when I get more organised. Looking for a way. To make a history of all files on my computer using html xml or whatever. The perfect answer would of course be Scopeware vision but alas I only have pitiful Win ME. anywasy.
